The Pisces Garden

In 2019 the Sun moves into Pisces on the 18th February and stays there until 20th March.

Pisces is a mutable, water sign, and is ruled by Neptune. Water would be an essential element in this garden - the flowing, rather than the still kind (mutable means flexible and adaptable), but gentle and calming rather than a powerful torrent!

The symbol for Pisces is two fish swimming in opposite directions, so you may like to think about having some fish, which are said to induce relaxation, just by watching them.
Sea-greens, blues and violet, are the colours associated with this sign, although I wouldn't want to be too rigid about colour. I would say go with what feels right intuitively, because there are many theories on which colour 'goes' with each sign; think about using a combination of these colours, and think about the leaf colour too.

As for the shapes, flowing, curvy ones come to mind, with anything sharp and pointed to a minimum.
Pisces is linked with the 12th house, and this is the area of life connected to sanctuary, retreats, meditation, dreams, and the unconscious. It's an otherworldly sign, and dissolves boundaries between the mundane and the mystical.

A place to dream and look at the stars would be good, maybe in a hammock, or in a secluded corner of the garden.
